About Visit Baku

Visit Baku was founded by a traveler who visited Azerbaijan and quickly realized something surprising: there was no simple, structured and truly practical travel guide made specifically for modern tourists.

Most information online was either outdated, scattered across different websites, or written in a way that didn't answer real questions travelers actually have. How safe is the city? What are the real prices? How does transport work? What should you know before arriving?

Instead of searching through dozens of forums and blogs, the idea was simple create one place where everything is clear, honest and easy to understand.

Visit Baku was founded by Mukhammed Aliiev, a full stack developer and entrepreneur.

He is building a travel and relocation platform covering tours, hotels, and services in Azerbaijan.

Mukhammed focuses on creating digital products that simplify travel and help people discover new opportunities in Baku.

Visit Baku is built from real travel experience. The focus is on practical details that matter before and during your trip. No overcomplicated language, no generic content just structured information that helps people plan confidently.

As the project grew, it expanded beyond Azerbaijan. Today, the same concept is being developed for other destinations, including Rome, Paris and Tokyo, with dedicated city guides and audio experiences designed for independent travelers.

Visit Baku is operated by Neptune Rise Group, a digital travel media initiative focused on building practical city-based guides.

The mission is simple:
make travel planning easier, more transparent and accessible in multiple languages.

You can follow updates and new destinations through our social media channels as we continue building a global network of practical city guides.

Have questions or want to collaborate? We'd love to hear from you.
